So... I have decided to start over totally fresh over on a new account @synposes. If you're so inclined, feel free to follow me over there (I'll be sure to follow all mutuals I have here, over there. The account will be turned into an archive, and eventually be privates. Thanks.
Anyway, that's my piece on the whole thing. Be kind to others. Show love for their work. Give them just a bit of recognition. The world may not smile on you for it, and life may not always reward you, but what goes around comes around.
But I always try my best to show love where it's needed because it should be common courtesy. Everyone at some level wants to know their work is valued or others think it's good, because we're all human beings trying to carve out just a little bit of happiness.
This, like 1000000000% this. For the longest time I used to think my work wasn't good enough because of this sort of behaviour, BUT it also motivated me to go out of my way to show love to others. At this point, I don't really care about folks liking my stuff or what have you ->
I shouldn't be annoyed at this, but if you post shots to a discord, you should show love to the people before you. I think that's just plain courtesy, and if you don't, I will assume you're pompous and too good to leave an ounce of kindness to another person.
