We have successfully completed our final crane jump at Victoria Tower, lifting the crane to its peak height of 140m above ground level and keeping the project on track to achieve topout by Quarter 2 of this year.

We were excited to welcome 30 Adelaide Uni students to our Victoria Tower site for a guided site tour. The students learned about the project's safety measures, sustainability efforts, and logistic challenges. Seeing the next generation of construction professionals is inspiring.

SYNERGY proudly has commenced ORTA on The Parade. This 9-level masterpiece is set to redefine urban living with its 21,800m2 gfa comprising 65 apartments, including 4 luxury penthouses, 5 skyhomes, high-end retail, commercial spaces and 152 carparks.

Take a look at this aerial view of our Victoria Tower site. The jump forms are used to form, reinforce, and pour all of our central core vertical walls, creating the stairwells and lift shafts.
