Important Traffic and Parking Information for R&B Tour Concert at the JMA Wireless Dome– Heavy Traffic Expected

With a large crowd expected for the Chris Brown and Usher concert on Saturday, August 1st, we strongly encourage all guests to arrive early.

Due to the ongoing I-81 Viaduct Project, guests attending the R&B Tour at the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday, August 1 should expect changing traffic patterns and roadway closures throughout the Syracuse area. Construction activity may impact travel routes to and from campus.

The Syracuse Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating 18-year-old Samuel Bunch, who is wanted on multiple charges related to the illegal possession and discharge of a firearm.

Investigators believe Bunch may be armed and should be considered dangerous.

He was also booked on existing warrants for four counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and three counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.

Moo was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center and is pending arraignment.

On June 4th, 2026, Syracuse Police Detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division arrested 31-year-old Lwe Moo as part of the STRIVE initiative.

Moo was charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.

On June 4th, 2026, Syracuse Police Detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division arrested 31-year-old Lwe Moo as part of the STRIVE initiative.

At this time, there is no further threat to the public.

Syracuse Police and Fire are investigating an incident near in the 400 block of Oak Street following a report of an explosion. At this point in the investigation there have been no reported injures. Please avoid the immediate area while emergency crews work to secure the scene.
