Waking up at 8 AM on a Sunday panicking because I dreamt that I haven’t studied for my تاريخ exam.
Only to realize I’m in Yerevan, I’ve graduated medical school, and I’m almost 30. #HighSchoolPTSD
After living in Milan for almost a month, I HAVE to say this. MAYBE, just MAYBE if most immigrants acted appropriately, went to work like normal humans without acting so entitled everywhere and harassing people on public transportation, MAYBE people will treat them better.🤦🏼♀️
It’s wild how many still don’t get how a state functions. You can’t have a portion not paying electricity, bypassing customs, turning ports into storage zones, using 🇱🇧 as a route for drugs & arms, silencing journalists; then expect a weak gov to act like a strong state overnight
Korean Blogger Shows #Artsakh Under Azerbaijani Occupation: Empty Cities, Tourist Restrictions, and Erasure of Centuries-Old Armenian Identity
A South Korean travel blogger has published a rare video of his recent trip to Artsakh, providing one of the few internal perspectives on the region following its transition to #Azerbaijani control and the ethnic cleansing of the #Armenian population in 2023.
Traveling through Shushi, Askeran, and Stepanakert, YoungMin Skies captured empty streets, destroyed sites, and what he described as a systemic attempt to erase #Armenian traces and redefine the identity of the occupied region.
The trip to #Artsakh took place as part of an organized group; according to the blogger, obtaining individual permission proved virtually impossible. Tourists were not allowed to leave the minibus, and access to sites was strictly controlled, effectively shaping the narrative presented to them.
The blogger also drew personal parallels between his family's history in North Korea and the Armenians deprived of access to their ancestral lands, noting a similar experience of loss and forced displacement from one's homeland.
According to him, traveling through the practically deserted territory left an oppressive impression. Upon entering Stepanakert, the former capital, his initial emotions were: "Tragedy, sadness. Everywhere you look, there are empty houses."
The blogger emphasized the scale of desolation and destruction in the city. Many Armenian sites have been destroyed, rebuilt, or repurposed. However, the iconic "We Are Our Mountains" monument, also known as "Tatik-Papik," remains untouched. In his view, this is a political decision: despite attempts to erase #Armenian heritage, the monument has been left as a controlled symbol, demonstrating that the authorities decide which elements of the past to preserve.
You guys don’t understand. She trolled an ENTIRE LEBANESE COMMUNITY with her Cancer journey only for these to be fucking earphones 💀 💀 . You just had to be there I can’t 😭
@ineditrice All the replies about war strategy and whatnot is hilarious to me. Yes, of course this was a very strategic move on their end with their “barely there” ammunition 🤣 the big daddy who provides them with ammo is a little busy too…I wonder about what they achieved🫠
If HA was truly concerned about “lost land,” it had 15 months of bombardment in the south to escalate. The trigger only came when an Iranian leader was targeted. That tells you everything about their priorities.
@Ess_Eff_ Thankfully NONE of my colleagues did this. The head of our department even called me into his office, he was sitting with one of the deputy directors of the hospital, to ask me what’s going on and if my family is safe etc.
Not everyone who chooses neutrality is spineless. Some prioritize staying alive over dying for useless causes. Some understand that politics in 2026 isn’t based on principles but a system where money shapes decisions. Some want a normal life to care for themselves & families.
I’m tired of hearing “HA had to hit because Israel would’ve invaded Lebanon anyway.” That’s the same preemptive logic we criticize. If we don’t even have the means to sustain a war, why escalate? If they hit, we respond as a STATE, not as a militia deciding for 6 million people.
