During the escalation of #barbaric_attacks on #As_Suwayda, Engineer Wael remained at his post, refusing to leave, standing #shoulder_to_shoulder with his colleagues, fulfilling his duty in #helping_his_people and #serving_his_city.

On #July_16_2025, during the #storming by members of the #Ministry_of_Defense and #General_Security affiliated with the #De_Facto_Authority, along with #tribal_militias, and their #siege of the #National_Hospital and #Health_Directorate, he was #pursued inside the directorate building. After refusing to #obey their orders, they #shot him directly, leading to his #martyrdom.

🔺 His #targeting constitutes a #war_crime under #international_humanitarian_law.

أثناء تصاعد #الهجمات_البربرية على #السويداء، بقي المهندس وائل على رأس عمله ورفض ترك مكانه، مساندًا زملاءه يدًا_بيد، مؤديًا واجبه في #مساعدة_أهله و#أبناء_مدينته.

في #16_تموز_2025، وخلال #اقتحام عناصر #وزارة_الدفاع و**#الأمن_العام** التابعة لـ #سلطة_الأمر_الواقع، بمشاركة #ميلي��يات_عشائرية، و#حصارهم لـ #المشفى_الوطني و#مديرية_الصحة، تم #ملاحقته داخل مبنى المديرية، ورفض #الخضوع لأوامرهم، فأطلقوا عليه #النار بشكل مباشر، مما أدى إلى #استشهاده.

⚠️ Incident Report:

On July 31, 2025, members of the General Security and Ministry of Defense of the de facto authority, in coordination with loyalist tribal militias, carried out a coordinated armed attack on the village of Al-Majdal.

The attack resulted in the forcible displacement of the civilian population, burning of houses, and destruction of markets and shops. Evidence documented the deliberate graffiti of the phrase “Al-Jolani” on the front of one shop, constituting an act of deliberate destruction and intimidation, in blatant violation of international humanitarian law.

The attack included the killing of civilians and abduction of others, including women. These crimes represent a systematic targeting of the civilian population and a grave breach of international conventions, amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

⚠️ تقرير حادثة:

في 31 تموز / يوليو 2025، ارتكبت أجهزة الأمن العام ووزارة الدفاع التابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع، وبالتنسيق مع ميليشيات عشائرية موالية، هجوماً مسلحاً منظماً على قرية المجدل.

أسف�� الهجوم عن تهجير قسري للسكان، وحرق منازل، وتدمير أسواق ومحال تجارية. ووثّقت الأدلة كتابة عبارة «الجولاني» على واجهة أحد المحال، في عمل تخريبي وترهيبي متعمد، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي الإنساني.

الهجوم تخلله قتل مدنيين واختطاف آخرين، بينهم نساء. وتشكل هذه الجرائم استهدافاً ممنهجاً للسكان المدنيين وخرقاً جسيماً للاتفاقيات الدولية، يرتقي إلى جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية.

Residents reported renewed #smoke from homes in #AlSuweymrah & #AlMatouna, a day after #DeFacto_Authority let #Red_Crescent enter #Lawaa villages to collect #bodies.

These villages have no #clashes and are fully under #Bedouin_tribal militias & #General_Security_Agency, which oversaw #Red_Crescent entry.

رصد الأهالي صباح اليوم السبت عودة تصاعد أعمدة #الدخان من بعض المنازل في قريتي #السويمرة و #المتونة، حيث كانت أعمدة الدخان واضحة بعد يو�� واحد فقط من سماح #سلطات_الأمر_الواقع لفرق #الهلال_الأحمر بالدخول إلى قرى #اللوا لجمع #الجثث.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه القرى لا تشهد أي #اشتباكات، وتخضع بشكل كامل لسيطرة ميليشيات #العشائر_البدو وعناصر #سلطة_الأمر_الواقع، وبالأخص #جهاز_الأمن_العام، الذي أثبت يوم أمس تواجده فيها من خلال إشرافه الم��اشر على دخول فرق #الهلال_الأحمر الموالية للسلطة.
