Lets face it, not every citrus is picture perfect. Here is a great way to use imperfect citrus to kick up your beverages. Simply slice thin, lay on a parchment lined sheet and bake in a 200 degree oven for approx. 1.5-2 hours. Use the wheels to garnish your favorite beverage.
