@santanderukhelp@santanderuk Just got home from A and E... @TheFCA Consumer Duty ?
I almost died... you allow banks to harm ppl...
@ICOnews despite confirming they have more work to do - they missed deadline again..
Both allowing them to cause me great harm.
@santanderukhelp@santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts.
I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken.
They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.
The Court system has forced me, a vulnerable Litigant in Person, to fight one of the UK’s biggest banks without disclosure, without representation, and without safeguards. This is not justice. It’s exhaustion by design.

Concerns about alleged unfair tactics by @santanderuk in Court. Withholding key data while filing a strike-out application instead of a defence raises serious questions about procedural fairness. Relying on ECHR Article 6 for justice. #CommercialCourt#Justice#FCA#ICO
Santander continues to deploy legal tricks & discrediting tactics against a vulnerable, unrepresented claimant — rather than disclose truth or resolve. No defence filed. No full DSAR. Just delay, deny, deflect. Why force Court instead of fixing the harm?
@bancosantander The ICO confirmed:
“More work is required.”
Santander’s data protection breaches are ongoing.
Yet they continue to fight instead of fixing.
@santanderuk was fined £107m in 2022 for AML failings.
The FCA was told all high-risk accounts were reviewed.
Mine wasn't. I was never contacted.
Now, internal records are being withheld.
If I was excluded, the FCA was misled.
If not, Santander is concealing records.
I’m vulnerable and unwell, but still coping. Rather than resolve this fairly, a powerful institution chose litigation and delay. I’m asking for accountability and transparency—because forcing people this far is not acceptable.
@santanderuk@TheFCA
@bancosantander@santanderuk knowingly used litigation tactics to overwhelm a vulnerable litigant — yet still failed to meet its most basic procedural obligation: to file a Defence by the Court’s deadline. That failure is not an oversight. It is systemic abuse.
@TheFCA@ICOnews
Im not a solicitor and not legally trained....
I am unrepresented in the high court with legal advice or support - ive tried to get help but cant.
Access to justice - equal footing.... its a lie...

@AnaBotin@bancosantander Congrats... But what about those affected and failed ? Its 4.35am, im suffering and reliving old symptons - im in a very bad place as @santanderuk continue to use legal experts instead resolve issues ?
@AnaBotin@bancosantander@santanderuk Forced to goto court .... against an external law firm whilst you continue to hide the very data that proves your failures... i am literally reverting to the same symptons from years ago - for the record @santanderuk are to blame.
🚨 ICO BREAKING: @SantanderUK "has more work to do" on my data.
@santanderuk CEO admits "legacy systems" held them back, but the ICO confirms disclosure is still incomplete.
Are "legacy systems" just a shield to hide safeguarding failures?
