@mbna if you could look into this that would be great.

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna no a manager has not called me back.

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna after spendin 26 mins on da phone, da reason why they could not process my transaction, cos of time. Expectin a calbck frm da manager

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna I was told 4 security reasons they were unable 2 process da transaction & was referred 2 another team I ask why? She could not explain

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna I called again, requesting 4 reimbursement, which was no fault of my own. I was advise the previous adviser had given da correct info

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna I to put it through my debit card which worked flawlessly, however at this point, the price has now resigned.

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna 25 mins later, I tried again and the transaction failed. I am now getting worried, as prices are increasing with limited rooms

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna I questioned him about this, and he confirm these are correct details and I should wait a few mins for him to get this authorised.

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna advisor, who stated the information I entered was wrong & I should enter the correct details, which was different to the first advise

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna After verifying security questions, I was advise to wait a few mins and try again but to no luck. I called again and spoke to another

[Tobore @T0b0re]

@mbna regarding a failed transaction. I was advise the information I entered was wrong and which cause the transaction to fail.
