@RiotK3o I have been suspended twice in a row for using 3rd par. softw, it seems like simply launching the game causes me to get suspended.
They might be temporary bans, but I suspect that it will turn into a permanent one if it happens too many times. Please help! Relander#TGJ

@RiotK3o The 1st ban might have been hot key resolution changer, or winexplorer, which were used to play stretched resolution. But the second ban happened after closing those programs, and I was still immediately banned before even reaching the lobby.

@RiotSupport Seems like your support page is down, I'm at least unable to submit any tickets atm. I got a temp ban for "prohibited third party tools", and I am wondering what caused it?
Is it winexp and Hotkey Resolution Changer? Is playing stretched res a bannable offense now?

@nigraka @AJ9Rewards A bot will dm you to verify your account. But for it to DM you I believe you may have to enable "Allow direct messages from server members" (Under Privacy & safety in Discord settings).
If enabling this doesn't work, leaving the server & rejoining should make the bot DM you again
