@British_Airways how is it fair that you have zeroed my Tier points. If it wasn't for COVID-19 we would have gone to Bronze status earlier this year. We had longhaul flights booked in April that couldn't happen because of the global pandemic. Please explain why no loyalty?

Today is the second year since my dad passed. I still think of him every day and miss him so much. Here we are at the side of the Thames in Windsor. Took him for a boat trip and lunch for his birthday.
