Hey $OPEN fam, y'all are something else. I've literally scrolled through thousands of your tweets, from the genius-level ideas to the "how did they even think of that?" gems. Seriously, your passion is incredible.

I'm convinced AI is a core primitive for our next phase of growth. My personal stance on AI has shifted; a year ago, I thought it wasn’t quite there to do real work with real money on the line. Now, I'm convinced it can do way more than we think. We’ve built tools like Repair Co-pilot and RiskAI in days/weeks.

Since joining, we’ve built a small but mighty team of builders who have done 0-1 products before. We’ve been running lean, taking out a bunch of compute cost while quietly strengthening our AI muscles and ops tooling, like the new Key Agent App.

We just wrapped up a marathon board meeting, and we are 100% aligned. We’re locked and loaded to scale Key Connections and Cash Plus.
