I took part in the DEI Workshop at the @tc4re #RaceToTechSummit, and the data shared was eye-opening:

- Only 9% of the tech workforce come from lower socio-economic backgrounds
- 5% are Black
- 0.07% are Women
- Just 14% of ethnic minorities hold senior roles
