BREAKING NEWS: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved a substantial increase in the Code of Conduct Bureau’s (CCB) budget, raising it from about N3 billion to nearly N20 billion.

The announcement was made by the CCB Chairman, Dr Abubakar Bello, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) today in Abuja.

I lived in the village till adulthood.

Yet, I am more confident that I would be the next Governor of Rivers State by the grace of God.

When it happens, God will take the full glory.

My prayer:

Did you collect money to vote against your conscience during political party congresses?

During the elections, did you collect money to vote against your conscience?

When others were registering as members of political parties, did you not say politics is a dirty game and abstained from political party decisions?

The political leader you are praising, following and collecting money from, is it his fund or public fund?

● Now, why are you complaining that you are not receiving good governance?

The time is now for all to reflect deeply and realise that if we want good governance, we must all work towards it and do the right time.

● We are not as helpless as we may think because there is a power that works in us.

If we do the right things, God will support us to achieve good governance, even beyond our expectations.

They have never contested for public office.

They have never held political party office.

They have never funded the campaigns of "good" candidates.
