Sometimes we feel broken, whole time we’re growing. Shedding layers of ourselves that we have outgrown.

Things become extremely uncomfortable when we are unwilling to do the work. The laws of the universe are seen all around us.

I realize more and more how important it is to speak up and say what I see.

It’s ok if others are offended or bothered.

We need to gain clarity one way or another. Losing people who aren’t meant to be in your life or a part of your journey is perfectly ok.

Self love is a protector for when others use love to weaponize you.
