Just managed to 🔨 windows in the newest possible way. Renamed my account on a refurbished laptop using `netplwiz` to better personalise it.

Explorer.exe stopped responding to all ⌨️ and some 🖱️ input. On restarting this process, it would crash repeatedly in an infinite loop 😅

It looks like @samknows got acquired by @Cisco. The former used to have an uber useful web page listing / filtering all the different telephone exchanges in the UK along with their capabilities. Can't find any reference to this utility being sunset-ed.
