Why does @MTNza keep debiting my account, even when they call me and I tell them I don’t want a new contract? Seems illegal

[Cape Canopy Tour @CapeCanopyTour]

Winter rain means our waterfalls are at their most magnificent!

#DidYouKnow: these impressive features are found on every continent except Antarctica & play a vital role in healthy rivers. The turbulence created by cascades aerates & cleans water.

Not just a pretty view 😉

If you had to select 1 domestique from UAE & Visma each who were the MVP's for their team so far, who would you pick? 👑 #TDF2025

Will repairs include adding cycling infrastructure? @young_urbanists

[City of Cape Town @CityofCT]

The City’s #UrbanMobility Directorate will commence with temporary repair work to the Settlers Footbridge in Boston. The repair work will take place between Monday, 24 March 2025 and Friday, 9 May 2025.

South African president signs controversial land seizure bill, eroding private property rights https://t.co/stJfaKQSnd

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

The @CityofCT does not see value in an NMT network. Road network, rail network, but no proper planning & priority for NMT.

[Bicycle Mayor of Cape Town @smavundla]

Day-Zero of congestion has come a bit early than we projected. @activeforumcpt It’s time to take NMT serious.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

Connected public transport ; buses & trains. Fully-separated cycle lanes. It’s all been proposed before, but the city believes in more roads.

[Bicycle Mayor of Cape Town @smavundla]

It’s going to get worse and no extra lane can fix it. Solution is investing in NMT and increase public transport capacity. @activeforumcpt has shared a number of solutions with the city on this problem.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

@EasyEquities I’ve set up another bank account, as you demanded on the App, to withdraw funds out of my USD account. The account is verified (your green tick), but you send me in circles, telling me to first set up an account. What’s the business case here? I don’t get it!

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

I’d like to test the @CYCPLUSofficial Smart Fan F1. #CYCPLUSF1Recruiment Sweating on an indoor trainer,I need a fan to make intervals half-bearable. Need to stay bike fit this winter.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

What are you doing to promote cycling as a cost-effective alternative to private, public transport(taxis) and connectivity of a cycle path network to bus stops and train stations? @smavundla @young_urbanists

[City of Cape Town @CityofCT]

@TableMTB The City definitely has the appetite for such continuous cycle lanes, as well as pedestrian facilities, adjacent to general traffic lanes to serve as an alternative.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

@CityofCT That’s good to hear. And there should be enough space for it to be separated from motorized traffic. @smavundla you’re aware of this, no doubt?

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

Cycle lanes can be built anywhere; and they get used. This is just before the morning rush hour into Munich. 17km commute. @CityofCT - got the will to attempt anything like this?

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

Has anyone in the @CityofCT been able to plausibly explain why this type of separated infrastructure can’t be added on at least one road? And,is mayor @geordinhl still riding the bike given to him by Chris Willemse Cycles?

[Bicycle Mayor of Cape Town @smavundla]

#CTBicycleMayor having been attending city led workshops on NMT infrastructure, Road Safety and Urban mobility planning I can safely say that this standard is not even in the minds of many officials let alone many having attended study tours abroad.

Imagine Woodstock

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

Maybe you’ll be consulted before the lane gets reinstated. Is @carbonsmart still involved with planning at the V&A company? He’d be a good point of contact to have.

[Bicycle Mayor of Cape Town @smavundla]

#CTBicycleMayor @VandAWaterfront I spotted that the Bicycle lane on Dock Rd has been removed. Is this temporary or is the VnA planning to setup a more wider bike lane instead of the previously narrow.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

@MikhailManuelCT @CyrilRamaphosa @CityofCT You might want to have a look at your “cycle infrastructure “ in Woodstock. If it’s compliant as per this new legislation, the legislation is flawed. Painted lines alone don’t create infrastructure.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

The @Vodacom111 support what’s app line in South Africa is useless. Only set up to sell you stuff, not help when you have a problem.

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

@GregVanAvermaet @Ride_BMC @unboundgravel Have you practiced plugging a tyre?

[TableMountainBikers @TableMTB]

White lines have an effect on motorists.
