The 4th Generation Tablo acts as a hub to push your over-the-air TV and 100+ free streaming channels to every compatible device in your home. We've added an in-line amplifier to account for its multiple tuners, but it doesn't usually enhance the signal.

@therealJJJames Was surround sound enabled when the airings were recorded? If so, and your tablet does not support surround sound, then they will still have SS enabled on the recordings themselves. To receive audio, they'll need to be watched on a device with surround sound support
