@FennellJW Honestly if I find the prick who coined the term OWE as part of what I can only assume was an effort to look smarter than they are, I shall treat them with studious politeness and no banter….
@JohnSimpsonNews Also just read this…https://t.co/Up8rEFMJHU. The level of statistical assumption is breathtaking. I do hope you’re not using this as the basis for your numbers as to quote Edmund “it’s bollocks”.
@JohnSimpsonNews A good starting point for someone trying to make a point is a honest argument. Why have you included the number that use all services when not all services require a license fee? Radio licenses haven’t been a thing for a while now have they?
@Priest_of_Ramen@SmallSchool_KS2@SaraWright2@n00dles71@MPIainDS Agreed, so if I were on my bike turning left at a confusing junction from over the shoulder of a pedestrian (regardless of political persuasion) out of a bollarded road; I’d probably expect that I may go unsighted and moderate both my cycling and my attitude…but hey ho.
@NoodleMC2@auonsson It depends if the other vessel is constrained in its ability to manoeuvre. If it was South of the IOW I don’t think it was in the traffic flow system and has a small frigate had plenty of depth.
@UnimportantO@larisamlbrown@defencewithac The USN most certainly wouldn’t have fired warning shots at a yacht drifting slowly in the fog at 500 Yards range in English Channel.
@philippac72@HardTruth2000@n00dles71@MPIainDS According to that sign they can, according to the sign on the entry to Cannon Street they can’t as it’s one way. As I said the sign is loopy but ya still can’t turn left (the intent may be not to prohibit that but then the signage is wrong)
