@PIPMUNCH Yea it as brutal. 26 years old and now I’m 42 and I still have nerve damage in my hip from it. But it’s a double edged sword. Because I have to exercise and stay healthy, do yoga. Etc. otherwise it gets bad again. Is your pain from an accident ? Don’t ever settle if it is.
