@thePrimalSpace Okay I'm gonna answer this question two ways...
First way is that this up coming launch counts as orbital (even though it technically doesn't stay in orbit): 1 flight, but burns up on reentry.
Second way is the first full orbit: 5 or 6 flights with a landing (splashdown counts)
@TheDevilsConfes@richardbranson@virgingalactic Look at the cost of starship vs any other ship out there. It is way cheaper to launch and fully reusable. With that the cost will continue to go down. Going to space is a lot more difficult then taking a ride on a airplane. Of course its going to be way more expensive.
@Shane_Welcher@elonmusk@kchangnyt I quite like Taco Bell, wouldn’t be surprised if he does. He has a return to at the top of the bay above where he puts together starship
@mikeyflroller @elonmusk@kchangnyt@JeffBezos Seems like you like Bezos 🍆 more than anyone. Also maybe Bezos should actually make a Rocket that would make it into space.
@HimiHuskyme @_oscar_coronado@SpaceX TBF, SpaceX is trying to KISS by not having lots of extra mumbo-jumbo stages, even when it uses a second state in the future both will be fully reusable and not needing solid rocket boosters strapped to the side that are bad after launch. Flip is just a part of saving fuel.
