You know what supporting other streamers costs you?
Nuthin.
If I see you grinding, I'll pop in and spend some time in your chat, throw you a host now and then. If you need some help hitting a new follower threshold or getting affiliated, drop me a DM.
We. Grow. Together.
Also worth noting, @GoogleStadia didn't perform well when it finally/temporarily connected to the controller.
Long lobby time, rubber-banding and buffering, saw one guy endlessly walking into a wall indicating a server side issue for him.
Rough end to my weekend.
In addition @GoogleStadia features blurry/low res textures, noticeable lag, buffering...just...real bad.
Simple verdict: @Google will drop it after selling a shitty game experience to hopeful fools like me for a couple years.
Save yourselves. Ditch stadia.
Just received @GoogleStadia founders pack.
Hard to describe how bad the controller connectivity is.
I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to keep it connected to the chromecast and it keeps disappearing.
Excellent wifi signal. 60 MB/s down.
Wish me luck.
Ok.
Don't buy @GoogleStadia.
2 hours at this and controller keeps dropping out of connection, specifically happens EVERY time I access the home button menu. Gets stuck on EXIT GAME/CLOSE STADIA screen.
I just realized that younger adults are better at games than me, not because they play "better"...it's because they play smarter.
I wonder if people as a species are being groomed by technology to compete at a higher level.
I wonder if the machine teaches us now.
We are t-minus three days til I'm set up and back in the twitch business. Will be great to reconnect with my streamer friends. Hope you're all well and having a good time!
