@nightlightgg I agree. Icons should not be deemed so detrimental to the game. Sometimes, we wanna use older portraits for nostalgia; sometimes for vibrancy, etc. It doesn't harm the game whatsoever.

@Yui_simp02 DBD's "Asian" event is more "East Asian" than "South Asian", but yes, I think it's dumb to not give other Asians priority over non-Asians. They're basically the next best thing.

It should be: East Asians → Asians (general) → non-Asians.

@Yui_simp02 There are over 50 chars in DBD. You can't expect every single char to get love all the time.
In fact, 2025 was a slow year for almost everyone. Even non-poc chars like David, Felix, Taurie got no love as well. I don't think it's a poc issue.
The latest event featured Vee and Tae.

I also don't understand poc getting bare minimum treatment. SOME poc chars do, but again, some non-poc chars do as well.

If you are complaining abt chars being left behind, I agree; but making it abt POC or race in general might be a little disingenuous. Esp for a game like DBD

Sable is the most popular character in DBD, and she is original. Huntress and Blight are also top 5 popular chars, and they're originals.

Original content sometimes mogs even licensed ones.

More creators get rejected to be in DBD than BHVR getting rejected by licenses. People literally WANT their games in DBD, not vice versa.
