@Mr_Derivatives This completely misses the point of the app. It doesn't matter if it's due to regulations. In my area, it offers no added value other than being able to use it as a wallet. And it's always been that way. No new features are added with each update. It's a piece of junk.

@Mr_Derivatives What defines a functioning wallet: open it, take out money, pay. But in my country, this PayPal wallet is simply closed by PayPal. People can no longer withdraw their money. They're supposed to answer some questions to be able to use their money again. WTF!
