Patronising. They dont have a shred of sympathy for your situation and as soon as you make a real complaint they simply dont know what to say. Anyway, formal complaint on the way, whilst I feed my children tap water and dust until my money is in my account 😡😡

@AsdaServiceTeam for the 2md time in 2 weeks my order has NOT been delivered. Last time I was assured the order had been cancelled only for you to take my money 3 days later. Your call centre staff are useless. They cannot help at all. No one calls to update cutomers

And let me know whether they are just late or wont arrive at all. I've called 3 times and have been guaranteed my shopping will arrive. Funnily enough this happened last time and it didnt arrive. Your staff should not be making false promises. The scripts they work to are so
