@virginmedia Wasted my time twice today with them, not doing a third time. They don’t have the information but at least told me that the app and your service checking website was wrong. What’s the point in giving customers a runaround? You’ll only lose them.

@virginmedia Still saying all is fine, But two call centre staff have confirmed broadband isn’t working and it’s a region issue since Dec. All I know is that I’m without service for days. I hope people don’t select Virgin based on your website and app. It’s clearly nonsense.
