同じ「紅茶を飲んでる金髪ツインテールの可愛い女の子」という、かなり雑なプロンプトでも、ワークフローが違えば出てくる絵は全然変わってしまう。

今回は、それぞれ別のワークフローで生成したAIイラストを、共通の16:9レイアウトという観点から���析してみた。

・1枚目は、ChatGPTに素で指定したもの。
・2枚目は、ローカルVLMで作画構成をオーケストレーションしつつ、特に構造へ寄せるようにConditioningをチューニングしたローカル生成。
・3枚目は、OpenAI API経由でGPT-5.5＋GPT-Image-2を使ったもの。

与えたプロンプトはどれも「紅茶を飲んでる金髪ツインテールの可愛い女の子」だが、２枚目と３枚目はメタプロンプトとして使用しており、それらを元に１つまたは複数のLLMが絵作りを担当する構成になっている。

これらの生成結果を改めて、16:9の共通のレイアウト上に、なるべく元のイラストの構図を壊さないように、よりよいレイアウトになるように解析した結果がそれぞれのイラストの右横にある。

レイアウトとして見ると、おのおのの修正量はだいたい 1枚目 ＞ 3枚目 ＞ 2枚目 という感じになる。

1枚目は、絵としては華やかなんだけど、ティーセット、ケーキスタンド、窓、椅子、人物の髪や服など、画面内の情報量が多いぶん、16:9のレイアウトとしてはかなり整理し直す必要がある。要するに「詰め込みすぎ」だということだ。

3枚目は、列車内という空間構造がはっきりしているので、主にパースと奥行きの整理になる。修正は入るけど、元絵の構造自体は比較的読み取りやすい。

一方で2枚目は、見た目は一番シンプルなんだけど、人物、カップ、ポット、窓、壁の配置がかなり素直で、ほぼ元絵をそのまま線画化して整理しただけに近い。

つまり、レイアウトとして一番「直されていない」のは2枚目ということになる。

ここが面白いところで、完成絵としての派手さや情報量と、レイアウトとしての安定性は必ずしも一致しない。

むしろ、生成された絵だけを見て「元プロンプトが雑だったかどうか」を判定するのはかなり難しい。 せいぜい見えてくるのは、その絵を生成したワークフローが、どの程度構造を意識していたか、どの程度レイアウトに介入していたか、という部分だと思う。

そう考えると、AI画像の差分は、プロンプトの差というより、かなりの部分がワークフローの差として出てくる。 雑なプロンプト縛りであっても、裏側の作画構成やConditioning設計が違えば、結果として出てくる絵の性質はまるで変わってしまう。

生成画像だけを見て「これは雑プロンプトだ」と言うのは、たぶん無理がある。 本当に見るべきなのは、その絵がどういう構造で画面を成立させているか、そしてその構造がワークフロー側でどれだけ制御されているか、なのだろう
