@Tobberry2@instablog9ja You can't be a billionaire abroad too. Like I am saying its not like money is growing on grass. The citizens are mostly average and middle class
@dolawanle If there is only one person I listen to, it’s you sir. I said to myself this morning even before seeing your tweet. I said there is no how a stranger will become a landlord in another persons house without seeing shege promax and it’s not even guaranteed. Thank you sir
HELLO, NIGERIANS ABROAD!
If you live abroad and are a Nigerian, do not let anyone tell you that Nigeria is so bad that you should not go there. I have been traveling to Nigeria regularly since 2000. That was 26 years in a row. Last year I was there 7 times, and I have already been there 3 times this year.
The experience has been amazing despite the economic challenges of a third-world country. Some things I saw on those journeys were depressing, to say the least, but many people are also doing well. So, I focus on the positive.
When you get to my age, in your 60s, you will appreciate your home country. Do not take your eyes off Nigeria.
A word of caution, though, don’t show off in Nigeria. Behave yourself. Don’t play to the gallery. Don’t brag, don’t eat street food, and say it is the hand of the enemy when you fall sick. Stay in a comfortable setting. I don’t compromise on that. Do not go fighting over lands and your father’s heritage, so they don’t eliminate you.
If you live abroad, you should work hard to build your own little empire in Nigeria without fighting over family property. You have an advantage and do not miss it.
I love Nigeria so much, and I always pray that the right people who love the people will get into positions where they can make positive contributions.
I also see corruption in many areas, and so every one of us has a duty to make sure the country does not collapse, but it is usually the case that the corrupt say the others are corrupt. If you don’t get it, forget it. I rest my case.

@_Oluwagbogo@DHKRULLAH There are even micro providers who are self-employed who do this. Most families can't afford these services espcially because most are low and rely on a pension and this is already being used to pay for their care. Anyways… opportunities dey na practicality matter.
Waiting to do things only when the time feels right is the world greatest lie. And if anyone had told you that? It's a lie! Do it now. Either way you'd face challenge, you might even fail at it. I swear this is not motivation but rather a reflection
calls that should have been made, etc. I do a lot of introspection, and sometimes I feel bad that people have met me before this me of today. Accepting doesn't mean the wound will heal, but at least it's a step towards the greater goal. Ego is a cancer! Go to chemo!
I don't know which is scarier, losing my sense of self or letting my ego win. As much as it's sweet to be right most of the time (not all the time), I feel that ego and this feeling have ripped a lot of us apart. Fights and quarrels that should have been resolved.
Honestly, anytime I mention or remember the owner of ChatGPT, it deserves a respectful ‘PBUH’ 😄
The amount of shame this thing has saved me from? Uncountable. Sam Altman, ṣallā llāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam oh
When you hear Nigerians are relocating, trust me it might not just because of greener pastures. Tell me if Nigeria doesn't need therapy? Safe to say we still having post-colonial trauma
