Talking FACTS
Music. Culture. Debates. Receipts. Charts. Numbers. Comics. Anime. Sometimes politics.
I got opinions like everybody else. The difference is when something can be measured I want the numbers. When somebody makes a claim I want the proof.
You can disagree with me. Just bring something with you. If the claim can be measured bring the proof. I can be wrong and so can you.

Kendrick beating Drake in a rap battle doesnt make him the bigger artist. You judge careers by the full body of work. In reach sales longevity chart history and catalog consumption. And Drake body of work towers over Kendricks.
If being around people with serious allegations or histories is evidence then use that same rule on Kendrick too. Kodak Black Playboi Carti and Dr. Dre are right there. Old clips can explain perception but perception still isnt proof. Association isnt proof either. Pick a rule and keep it. You brought smoke. The fire you named belongs to somebody else.
@Alex_Jet_ Yeah something not adding up. Too many people spoke on that verse like it was real before the album dropped. Now we supposed to believe everybody imagined it and there was never a verse? Somebody rewriting history.
This is embarrassing as fuck.
First, it was TDE affiliates (those two guys), the company man and “the culture” that said on their podcast that Kendrick was on his album. There are literally clips of them saying this. So it’s either they are lying or he’s lying. Both ways are embarrassing.
Secondly, why is he making his whole album about Kendrick! Like can’t he stand on his own?
Lastly, if Kendrick executive produced the album and it sold 9k, how much would it have sold without Kendrick or fake hype?
He is cooked for the future.
Do yall really believe this? Because I dont. Too many people were talking like that verse existed before the album dropped. Now suddenly there never was a verse at all? Come on man. Lies lies lies.
Then you just proved the point. Kendrick already admitted cheating. The abuse claim was unproven, and if you thought Drake was wrong for saying it, why defend Kendrick doing the same thing with an even more destructive accusation? Pick a rule and keep it. And lets not act like every accusation carries the same weight. Abuse allegations can have context and still be serious. Pedophile is a label that can destroy somebody before evidence even enters the room. What context do you ask for after that?
This is what influence looks like. Not just charts and streams. When your music starts becoming the soundtrack to other major brands and cultures, the reach speaks for itself.
That sounds good until you connect it to the actual job. Coachella is booking Drake the artist not Drake 2026. Janice already answers your question and then there is 15 plus years of records behind it. A headliner brings a catalog not one calendar year.
I don’t wanna be that guy, because I really enjoy ICEMAN, but are any of the songs he dropped this year gonna really move a crowd aside from Janice STFU?
LFG! KEEP IT UP OWLS! they said NOKIA would chart #6 and we got it to #2 on BB 🔥🔥🔥 it really was a #1 but yall know they was suppressing Drake krazy during the beef. KEEP STREAMING! KEEP BUYING!

“Drake's rep is ripping apart rumors that he fathered a child with a fellow music star and longtime friend ... calling them complete and total BS.
Here's the deal ... singer-songwriter Keshia Chanté shared her pregnancy Tuesday in an article with the outlet Hello! -- glowing in a maternity shoot and revealing she's having a baby boy.”

This is the part people refused to think about in 2024. You can call it battle rap but that word left the battle. Once pedophile became a chant without evidence people started treating a life destroying accusation like regular internet slang. Now we are watching what that normalized.
🚨 Mal says the Kendrick Lamar vs Drake battle helped normalize people casually throwing around the word “pedophile” without evidence.
The conversation came up after Reggie,, publicly labeled Kai that, which Kai denied.
Mal says that was one of his biggest issues with Kendrick using the term during the battle, arguing a label that serious can be weaponized to damage somebody’s image.
Rory agrees, saying he believes it “trickled into” younger fans feeling comfortable using the accusation online, while stressing he doesn’t think that was Kendrick’s intention.
They also repeatedly make clear they do NOT know whether Reggie’s allegations about Kai are true or false.

@kittysoqueen Exactly. This is bigger than Kendrick now. Everybody who treated that word like a punchline helped make it casual. Some accusations are too serious to turn into fan war ammunition
@Kingliveswithin@ViewsUpTop Drake taking shots first does not make every response equal. Rap insults are one thing. Calling somebody a pedophile without concrete proof is a whole different level. Thats the difference.
