It can be hard to know how much help to give students that struggle when working on speech, language and communication skills. Start with the least amount of prompting (visual), give them some time and then try the next building block!

@Miss_Bragg1 V basic but after trying lots I started getting up at the same time every day and not snoozing the alarm. It’s worked wonders! I wouldn’t have entertained the idea before but I saw video by a sleep therapist who said it was her top tip. Podcast called ‘wake me up’ is great too

@APinchofSaLTs Ah spinning tops are the best! Especially if they light up and play a song. All mine are broken though 🙈 the pig makes a very unexpected noise when you squeeze it. Like an angry goose. Even adults love it and have tried to take it home 😂
