🚨📲 BREAKING: Lisandro Martinez has issued a statement on Instagram just now!!

“My words reflect how I feel and how much I want to see this club competing for the biggest honours.”

I'm going to risk getting my account expelled with this Shill League coming up

I’m old enough to remember Bruno Fernandes heavily criticising INEOS, only for it to be revealed he had been “hacked”

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

@rioferdy5

1. We don’t know if he spoke to the hierarchy
2. Manchester United need to create an environment whereby players can feel comfortable speaking the truth. And that is clearly not the case
3. Good luck with speaking the truth to power

Rio Ferdinand reacts to Lisandro Martinez's bombshell interview slamming Man United's hierarchy! 😳

This is a good moment to analyse who is really behind the movement to save this club and who is on the payroll. Watch how people react to what Martinez has said. It's very telling

And media too

[Pilib De Brún (Phil Brown) @Malachians]

The Martinez interview is exactly why Utd would be petrified of hiring someone like Conte. They want a manager who is just happy to have the job.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

I actually love it*

[Wayne Barton @WayneSBarton]

I wrote this column about people at United taking responsibility. That Martinez interview is the most powerful, damning and inescapable blast at the board since Ferguson retired. The club try their best to ignore things like that. They won’t be able to with this.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

Agree

[Pilib De Brún (Phil Brown) @Malachians]

Don’t think we can point any fingers at Andrey Santos tonight, thought the kid did alright.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

Every single move since then has backed up all of those assertions.

To think otherwise now, would be Piers Morgan levels of sycophancy

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

I watched Ratfcliffe at the beginning of 2024, realised he was a chancer who knew nothing about football and didn’t have the money to take us anywhere near where we want to be. And his lack of knowledge about football as well as his brazen confidence…

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

were going to add to the downfall brought about by the Glazers.

The dithering from the hierarchy and the appointments of Wilcox and Berrada were even worse.

When I have seen them interviewed, it was the same again. I was like “my god, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing”

[General Outburst @Witterbird_84]

The Vigilante was making statements tonight

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

He’s right Ben - and that’s the most important thing

[Ben Talks United 🔴 @bentalksutd]

You made two massive mistakes in our last two games. I’m all for you to speak out if you believe it, but don’t just talk out because you’re trying to divert attention away from your SHIT start to the season.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

Hope so

[Martin Lipton @MartinLipton]

Might be wrong. But suspect Lisandro Martinez just started something that might spiral.....#mufc

[Nathan Salt @NathSalt1]

I couldn’t disagree with Rooney and Young more for criticising Martinez btw.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

Meaning, I need to speak to my employers and see where the land lies. Then I’ll give a take based on that as and when

[Rio Ferdinand @rioferdy5]

Martinez has gone full explode mode….
Need to digest this 😱🤯

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

Less of the Glazers / INEOS PR please

Don’t really see how Martinez’s comments can be questioned for accuracy. It’s obvious the coach & small number of v good players at MUFC were let down in summer. I’d also be curious to know more about a hiring process that led MU to hire so many ex-MCFC into key positions.

[Talking United @TalkingUnitedTU]

It was so clear, from the beginning of June,
with the bungled efforts to sign Ederson. Every signing after that was 7th, 8th, 9th choice (at best). The clowns at the top know they’re chancers - and I have been shouting this from the rooftops for years!!!

[Callum @_callumstone]

If Lisandro Martinez is thinking that, they ALL are thinking it.

Saying about changing the manager, he said you have to look at ‘other areas’ whilst pointing upwards.

The players are furious.

Those at the top let us and them down.

[Shaun Irvine @_shaunirvine]

Well done Licha! 👏
