Julie and I had a fantastic time yesterday out on the water with fellow BA Advisors Jacob and Heather Baumler. As the Founder and CEO of CoachAir, Jacob is building an impressive business, but what I appreciate most is the opportunity to spend quality time together, share ideas, talk about life, and strengthen friendships.

Some of the best conversations don't happen in a boardroom. They happen over a boat ride, a meal, or a day spent enjoying great company. That's the power of surrounding yourself with people who challenge you, inspire you, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

Grateful for the friendship, the conversation, and another reminder that when you're in the right room, incredible relationships follow!
