Predictable angles are killing replay value. If I can guess your entire second-round angle just by reading the flyer for the matchup, you need to go back to the drawing board. Surprise the room.
Battle rap needs to protect its writers. We praise the performance and the theatrics which are great but at its core, this is a lyrical sport. When the pen gets devalued, the culture loses its identity.
