@leandrocardinal @Big_OG_brown I agree they don’t pan out so why hitch the wagon to another number 1 when very few of them are as good as advertised. Bears/browns/jets constantly have a rotating cast of coaching staffs and even GMs I think if we get that correct the rest falls in place…hopefully

@leandrocardinal I disagree with the whole we need caleb because he’s generational though. MHJ is also talked about as generational so why miss out on that and acquiring picks to make the overall team better. My thought is a good team/GM can find and make a qb good. Just look at Purdy.

@leandrocardinal You just can’t do that though. If bears are bad next year with Caleb then you have to get rid of Flus and whoever the new coach would be will bring in another new OC. I’m not saying fields is the answer but at some point you need the QB coach and OC to be brought in together.
