tried to send a request but no response they say sent it from your registered id and since i cant able to login from anilplp100 and i dont know now how to book tickets its a sad experience when i wrote mails to etickets they reply fast and tell me we cant do anything

hi my id anilplp100 is blocked dont know why so had created a new id amachianil and booked all my tickets from there now suddenly they asked me to auth my aadhar so when i tried it they said its linked with anilplp100 and now its not allowing me anywhere whats the solution
