This is the biggest shift in how startups get built since cloud computing.
They told us no orders were made on the account and days later amazon notified us that orders made on the account were canceled, so they are obviously gaslighting and lying. Beyond being an ethical red flag, this is also a waste of my time. Please let me know when your "specialists" are ready to be truthful and helpful.
Update: @amazon emailed my wife admitting that someone broke into her account after multiple customer service people we talked to denied it and said there was no activity
Just had the worst customer service experience of my life. My wife wants to access an account associated with her email address and it’s blocked. They won’t unblock it even though she has access to the code sent via email and they won’t release the email address so she can attach it to a new account. We spoke with a supervisor who said there’s nothing that can be done about it and hung up in my face!!
As an @amazon and @AWS business customer I’m shocked and deeply disappointed. Unreal…
