@JagexSupport @OSRS My appeal was denied and I've been falsely permanently banned for what I'm now assuming was using "F" as push-to-talk on Discord. (they don't tell you) Now my character name is locked and I'm extremely uneasy about investing time and money into the game.

@JagexSupport After only playing for 2hrs, my account got banned for Macroing Major. When I appealed, I didn't even know what that was. Now I read about it. My security is airtight, so it wasn't a hack. I did use my "F" key as a Push-to-Talk key on Discord while I was playing.

@JagexSupport Based on what I was reading, maybe me holding down the "F" key could've been the culprit. That said, it had no observable effect in-game which is why I chose that key in the first place. I'm not sure how to add this explanation to my initial appeal (still pending) so I added here
