@LSValue 17.10 is just way too cheap and is in no way considered a win for shareholders.

My returns, even at 17.10, are handsome but again the future prospects here were very bright. Would’ve supported an acquisition in a few years.

Rather disappointed with @sharpspring’s board of directors for unanimously approving a buyout at 240mm after laying a road map for 100mm in ARR and ‘focusing’ on the long term shareholders.
