ON DUTY TICKET CHECKING STAFFS UNAWARE OF PASS BOOKING SYSTEM IN THEIR HHT DEVICES. THEY SAY IT'S NOT POSSIBLE EVEN WHEN VACANT SEATS ARE THERE. IT'S NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE FOR VALID PASS HOLDERS TO RESERVE EARLIER DUE TO MANY REASONS.

PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING TO THEM.

Being a citizen of India, I would request Ministry of Railways, South East Central Railway Headquarters, DRM Bilaspur and Sr.DOM office Bilaspur to look into the matter and minimize the delays asap with proper synergetic framework.
