If you're talking about the old version (by TamoSoft), then we didn't test for bufferbloat directly, but you could definitely use the product for that purpose (by observing UDP packet loss and/or by fully saturating the link and checking how ping timings change). As for the new version, you should contact Netmantics directly and share your ideas with them.

Hi, what you see on the screen shot is the "Signal level" visualization. That's just one of the many metrics. You can select instead the "Expected PHY Rate" to see the estimate of the PHY rate between the STA and AP based on a passive survey, or you can actually conduct an active survey and see the real-world TCP and UDP uplink and downlink throughput.

@joshschmelzle No, CommView for WiFi can do that only with USB adapters, such as Netgear A8000. With Intel BE200 (or any other Intel, e.g. AX211), you're limited to a single adapter only.
