Fantastic interagency work going on right now as @TampaPD , @HCSOSheriff, & @FHPTampa are executing police escorts for fuel tankers to quickly and safely get gas to our residents.
REENTRY MAP UPDATE: All districts have been unrestricted. Use caution as this does not mean all roads are clear. @HillsboroughFL evacuation orders have not been rescinded yet.
CAUTION: Many traffic lights are out due to power loss. Treat those intersections as a 4-way stop.
The Sunshine Skyway Bridge is now closed in both directions. Real-time updates on bridge closures and openings can be found on https://t.co/xtCCK04nbm.
The Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Howard Frankland Bridge, Gandy and Courtney Campbell Causeway are all anticipated to close by tomorrow afternoon. FDOT, FHP and local officers will have people and equipment on-site to close the Tampa Bay area bridges due to hazardous conditions.
Tampa, you should be finishing up your #Milton preparations.
