Hi @WillShuRoo, what's @Deliveroo's policy on cold food being delivered? Your T&Cs online don't cover it. I spent £32 on two burgers and fries, and was offered a £10 refund. I would never have agreed to spend £22 for cold burger and fries, so how is this legal?
