Fortinet $FTNT stock is down about 25% in after-hours trading despite beating Q3 earnings: EPS $0.91 vs $0.86 expected, revenue $2.08B vs $2.06B expected
@bespokeinvest October reports keep showing up on that worst-days list β 2022 and 2023 already. Past 9.77% tomorrow and I'm watching a new record, and as a VOO holder I feel that one too.
@KobeissiLetter Nearly -20% on one Q3 miss tells me how priced-in the good news was. I'm not chasing that dip, I want to see if the numbers actually reset expectations first.
Microsoft $MSFT beat fiscal Q1 earnings today: EPS $4.89 vs $4.71 expected, revenue $92.3B vs $90.59B expected, with Azure revenue up 48% year over year
I've been watching AVGO's revenue climb for 5 years:
$27.4B β $89.1B today β ~$233.6B projected by 2028
Stock went $41.51 (2022 low) β $351.81, up 2.8% today.
The revenue never stopped climbing. $AVGO
That's why SCHD feels different from a high-yield fund. It screens for companies that can keep paying, not just companies paying the most today. Cost: 0.06% a year.
@GlobalMktObserv $1.7T in backlog and they're still trailing the S&P's +11.37% β that's the tell for me. The market isn't doubting demand, it's doubting what's left after $600B of capex.
GE HealthCare $GEHC stock is up more than 7% today after beating Q3 earnings: EPS $1.34, revenue $5.51B up 7.2% year over year, and the company raised its full-year EPS guidance to $4.95-$5.05
$GRAB Q2 revenue hit $997M, up 22%, and adjusted EBITDA jumped 54% to $168M. Stock at $2.76 today, up 1.3%, market cap ~$11.4B. Business keeps delivering, price still feels disconnected to me. Watching Nov 2 earnings closely.
