Week 1 in Command - Into the Fire!

Over a week has passed, and I remain more excited than ever to lead my company. This is where I belong at this very point in my life…I truly love my job.

I didn’t expect all the meetings that take me away from commanding my company. I make the best of them because they are important. I am finding the right balance of knowing when to step away from the admin work and be more present.
