@MobSquad508@PacsGun This isn’t true if you’re talking about the 100 million stream statistic. That was proven false but if you’re referring to the spike after the superbowl, he gradually lost listeners and most artists peak during the Super Bowl, that’s not new. Also you didn’t answer my question.
@MobSquad508@PacsGun Sure man so what’s the argument for GKMC, TPAB & DAMN. (DAMN. Having songs with 1B streams, multiple Grammies and a whole Pulitzer award so the popularity argument really doesn’t move me) Not being classic albums? Why doesn’t GKMC belong here?
@MobSquad508@PacsGun LMAOOO, the fact you had to mention Drake shows me everything I need to know. Kendrick has been dropping classics since 2012 and if you can’t accept that because of whatever reason, that speaks more to you. Kendrick has 3 indisputable classics.
@criggs2630@raponzy12@spectre0799 Nas is a lot more impressive on a technical level with rhyme schemes and cadences but Hov definitely has more iconic punchlines. Nas has a better catalogue though I fear. A lot of 2000’s Jay Z is difficult to listen to.
