Just found out about @AskNationwide fairer share payment apparently I don’t qualify despite being a customer of 15years as I used all my savings during maternity leave 🫠 and I’ve missed the time frame to appeal as I wasn’t even notified about it.. where’s the customer loyalty🕵️

@VirginExp we’ve got a voucher specifically not an off peak one. But when it comes to booking all the way up until December it’s only the odd weekdays available. We can only do weekend as we work and we’re due a baby in December so would like to go before then.

My friend with a toddler & newborn got told to leave her newborn downstairs whilst her & the toddler went upstairs! She left swiftly I’ve never bothered taking my son there I travel to Kingston instead.
