@msrtcofficial @PratapSarnaik काल साडे दहा वाजताच्या पुणे ते ठाणे ई शिवनेरी बसचा AC अर्ध्या तासात बंद पडला. सगळे प्रवासी अक्षरशः उकडून निघाले. अशा घटनांची माहिती रोजच्या रोज तुमच्यापर्यंत पोहोचते का ? त्यावर काही उपाय योजना होतात का ? फूड मॉलला बस बदलता आली नसती का ?

Old part return is fine if work is under warranty I have interacted with tech support team on phone & mail, they are not able to get my point. So, I want resolution from you
