@BlaBlaCar @blablacarIT I have received a refund voucher to use on bla bla car but the website does not gjve me the option to use a voucher. I have contacted the support team with no response. As I cannot use the voucher, can you please refund the voucher as cash?

@vueling You cancelled my flight from Madrid to Berlin three weeks ago and the website is not letting me request a refund. I have emailed three times with no response. Can you please arrange this refund?

@JapanAirVirtual You cancelled my flight home from London over two weeks ago and said you would contact me with an updated flight, but I am still waiting. I have tried calling but cannot get through. Will you rebook an appropriate alternative, at the same time at no extra cost??
