1) Make sure we don't run out of money
2) Make sure everyone understands their job & is empowered to do it.
3) Slowly remove myself as a 'critical' part of the organization

🚫 Ditch the jargon—speak like a human, not a researcher
🎥 Go Hollywood—tell the happy‑ending story your idea delivers
✂️ Trim 1–3 words every time—shorter = clearer
🔗 Use an analogy: e.g. “the Uber for dry‑cleaning”

It doesn't always make sense to pivot. Sometimes it’s better to quit & then start again

🔄 Pivot only if you already have a new idea
👥 If not, downsize to a 1–2‑person “hunt squad” & go find your next big idea
