Most IEP accommodations, not all, are simply best teaching practices, so why can't we offer more of these to every student so that our classrooms become truly inclusive?
For example...copies of study guide at the beginning of the unit. Why wouldn't everyone benefit from that?
We hire teachers for their strengths, yet we fixate on managing their perceived weaknesses. Imagine the impact if we not only identified and celebrated strengths but also created a culture actively nurturing and amplifying them!
Teachers love Admin who:

Assistant Principals need experience in every phase of school leadership and not just confined to one area or grade level. Otherwise, they will not be prepared to lead a school themselves. Set the up for success.
