@ViatorTravel I sent you a private message out of respect for your message, but I didn't feel that way. It's actually you.I won't let this money go because it's money for services I've already provided.
@ViatorTravel You must return the money for the trips and services that were provided. It's unacceptable that you won't return them. I won't tolerate this much longer; I will expose you to the world. You are thieves!
Lady Drive Egypt is owed €1,198.27: the August bill and funds from Sept 1–15 for trips completed through your platform. After a whole year working with you, our account was closed for non-compliance. This has nothing to do with money for services already performed. I have a history with my clients, and they are still in contact with me. Transfer the money, or I’ll keep exposing you until the whole world knows this platform are thieves @ViatorTravel
This is after a full year of working with them. If that's the case, then I don't need to click on the link you sent because their reaction was already to close the account. The money for the trips was already submitted for August and another 15 days in September. I respect your decision. But the money for the trips and services provided must be tracked, because failing to track them puts you in the category of scammers and thieves, since this is indeed a service provided and we have the records that prove it. You also have records that prove this. Go back to your management and investigate them.
You're still commenting on the two posts I made, but no one is contacting us. We won't give up our money. You have to pay us back. You're thieves!

Viator, I will not give up on the money owed to me for completed services. The payment has been overdue since September 7. Please resolve the payment issue and release my funds.@ViatorTravel
These reviews mean more to me than numbers ever could. ❤️
Building LadyDrive Egypt has always been about more than transportation. It’s about creating a service where every guest feels safe, comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Seeing our guests take the time to share these words is a true honor.
Thank you to every guest who trusted us, traveled with us, and shared their experience.
Your trust is the reason we keep moving forward.

@ViatorTravel You have received everything through Johnson's guest Relations Officer. You can contact him and find out more.
Please pay attention to this issue; its resolution is crucial because it has been ongoing for a very long time, affecting us and causing us problems.
My Experience with Viator as a Supplier – Outstanding Payments
I have been working with Viator since September 2025 under the legal name Lady Drive Egypt. I started with our female-driver transfer service in Hurghada and gradually expanded our products on the platform. For many months, we generated bookings, delivered services to customers, and received positive reviews.
Recently, Viator requested new insurance coverage and gave us only 48 hours to meet the new requirements. We explained that the timeframe was extremely short and that our company documentation was already in progress.
Despite our cooperation, our products were deactivated and our account was closed shortly afterward.
My main concern now is not even the account closure. It is the money owed to us for services that were already completed.
Viator support confirmed an outstanding amount of €1,198.27 for August, and we also have completed bookings from September 1–15 that remain outstanding.
We have a documented booking and operational system, customer communications, booking references, reviews and other evidence proving that these services were actually delivered. Customers who travelled with us can also confirm that they received the services.
I am sharing screenshots of the relevant Viator communication and payment confirmation so that this situation can be understood based on evidence.
I respect Viator's right to review suppliers and enforce its requirements. However, account closure and payment for completed services are two separate matters.
We are simply asking Viator to reconcile our account and release the money earned from services that were already delivered.
We fulfilled our responsibility to the customers. We are now asking Viator to fulfill its responsibility to us.

My Experience with Viator Payment Issue
I am extremely disappointed with the way Viator has handled my outstanding payment.
A Viator Guest Relations Officer, Johnson, contacted me and arranged for their team to communicate with me via WhatsApp. They sent me a form to process the payment and explained that a small card verification transaction would be made.
After going through the requested process, I was then told that there was an issue with the payment method and that I should provide another bank account so they could transfer the money.
I provided the alternative bank details immediately.
Since then, Viator representative has stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages. He hasn't responded yet.
This is particularly frustrating because Viator has been using the same payment method successfully for almost a year, including payments processed only a few days ago.
The services were completed. The customers received the services. The required evidence and booking records were provided.
At this point, I am not asking for anything complicated. I am asking Viator to pay what is already owed for completed services.
I hope someone at Viator takes responsibility for this situation and provides a clear solution instead of leaving a supplier without a response after requesting alternative payment details.

After years in tourism, I’ve learned something simple:
A booking is not trust.
Trust is built before the booking, through every message, every answer, and every promise you keep.
And it continues after the booking especially when something doesn’t go as planned.
Customers remember when you:
• answer honestly
• explain things clearly
• take responsibility
• stay available
• and genuinely care about their experience
In tourism, people are not just buying a trip.
They are trusting you with their time, their money, and sometimes their family.
That’s why I believe customer service is not a department.
It is the foundation of the business.

Safe ride in hurghada
Alhamdulillah, September marks the anniversary of an idea that became LadyDrive Egypt.
One year ago, we started in Hurghada with a simple idea: to make private transfers more comfortable, reassuring, and welcoming for women and families with female drivers behind the wheel.
Today, one year later, we are still here, still growing, and still moving forward.
The biggest achievement for us has been the trust of our customers. With every booking, every review, every recommendation, and every returning guest, that trust continues to grow.
What started as an idea in Hurghada has become a service that we are proud to continue developing.
We didn’t just create a transfer service. We built it around safety, comfort, and trust.
Alhamdulillah for the beginning.
Alhamdulillah for the journey.
And Insha’Allah, there is much more to come.
LadyDrive Egypt Your Safe Ride.
